All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen factors.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Head Honcho Hat Co is not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly.

If you believe your package was lost in transit, contact us and we’ll do our best to help

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may be subject to additional shipping fees.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.
